I only sell print-on-demand art, and not signed originals or limited editions. This means I do not handle or keep any stock myself. My shipping rates are determined by the printer and I do not have control over them.

My policy is that I want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me here, and include your order number and a brief description of what this issue is. I will contact you back to see how I can help. My sense of honour means no quality, production, or transit damage issue would ever go unresolved.
I regret that I cannot offer exchanges or refunds once art is shipped, should you happen to change your mind. In the case of orders that are cancelled before production, I still have transaction costs and admin overheads, so there is a 15% restocking fee. This also helps me to prevent frivolous orders.
